With the opening of an additional 32 accommodation rooms (bringing the total to 92), the award–winning Byron at Byron Resort & Spa is offering some special incentives to MICE groups and conference organisers.

Groups seeking total privacy and serenity can book the resort on an exclusive basis, thereby accessing a myriad of locations for conference sessions and events, such as the majestic rainforest. Exclusive use (minimum 85 rooms) also gives groups the opportunity for product displays or branding throughout the resort.

Since opening, the resort has developed a loyal following. To reward first, second and third time MICE groups, The Byron at Byron has introduced a Conference Loyalty Program called “Back to Byron”*.

Starting from July 1, 2006, conference organisers who book in groups of 30 or more rooms for a minimum of two nights will receive a reward for themselves of two nights’ accommodation for two people in a king accommodation suite. Book a second conference and the organiser will receive a complimentary reward of three nights’ accommodation for two people with breakfast daily.

Book a third conference at The Byron at Byron Resort and receive four nights’ accommodation for two people with breakfast daily and two one-hour relaxation massages in the on-site Spa & Wellness Centre.

Conference organisers who book four conferences at the resort will not only receive four nights’ accommodation for two people with breakfast daily, two one-hour hot stone massages in the Spa & Wellness Centre, they will also indulge in a seven course degustation dinner for two in the Byron at Byron Restaurant.

After all, hard work should be rewarded.

For more information on this program or for any conference enquires please contact the team on (02) 6639 2104 or email sales@thebyronatbyron.com.au or visit www.thebyronatbyron.com.au
